Challenges

The old website had an outdated design layout with static information, so SVEC had to contact their developer’s team every time they needed small changes in the content or any other pages.

Members were facing difficulties in finding proper information regarding bill payments, electric rates, starting or ending services, forms and documents etc.

They wanted to integrate a Smart Hub management tool in the new website to help members analyze their usage, pay a bill or manage auto-pay, compare bills, and create service requests.

Solutions

goodwinsys team worked with SVEC to redesign their website with a fresh new look, including graphics, Smart Hub Management tool, and updated descriptions of their services.

They created Login page for each member where they can pay their electric bills. The CMS website gave the admin a proper dashboard to manage all the information and update content regularly.

SVEC-Coop team worked with us hand-in-hand to ensure all the information stayed in track, important information had clear call-to-actions like Start-or-end service button, Map integration, bill payments, payment gateway integration, etc.

Results

Through a comprehensive strategy, we developed a new logo and clean website that embody strength and their core value SMORE in every part of the design.

The new website was easily navigable with its clear layout and simplified interface. All the important information was highlighted on the home page, the menu was properly structured, and the page load times had been optimized to make their services easily discoverable for new or returning customers.

We also provided them with training on how to maintain their CMS website in-house, handle regular content updates, and keep their members engaged.
