Do you offer customization services for my theme?
Yes, We do :) We are accepting all size of projects at this time.
How much do you usually charge?
We quote all projects uniquely, anywhere from $750 for a simple theme to $5,000+ for a complex project.
How are payments handled?
We bill 50% upfront and 50% upon completion. Invoices are sent through our Client Area which may be paid via PayPal, either with your account or with a credit/debit card.
What is your refund policy?
We don’t refund your entire payment if some work has been done, but if a problem arises we’ll work with you to resolve the issue.
Will my project(s) be displayed in your portfolio?
Only if you give us explicit permission. All projects are under an understood NDA unless otherwise noted.
Do you offer theme support after a project is completed?
Bug fixes and minor tweaks are always on us, forever. Additions and sizable changes will be quoted separately.
